I have found your website by chance but having done so make the following enquiry. Do you know of or can you tell me how to contact Rowland (or Roland) Pickard? He came from Trimdon and his father was of the same name but with the alternative spelling. Father was I think a miner in the pit in the 1970's or before. Ro(w)land like me studied law at Sheffield university between 1975 and 1978. When last heard of he was studying to qualify as a lawyer while working as a magistrates court's clerk (perhaps at Doncaster). Just wondered over the years what happened to him.
