Hello, I have just come across this site for Trimdon, I love to look at all the places that my family research takes me too. Trimdon is one of them.. I was born in Kelloe, and moved away many years ago, but come back up there as much as I can, I will look forward to looking around Trimdon, and the Churches there... Kindest Regards Christine
I LOVE TRIMDON VILLAGE..as I was born and bread here and lived here all my life....i think its so sad that there are more and more strangers comming to live here from town and cities as i feel the village spirit is fading every1 used to knw evry1 but there are so many we dont knw now...i feel that the true villagers who were born and bread in this little village like me should be the ones to be involved with evrything about the village and not people that have just been here 5 mins and knw nothin about village life...anyway hope evryone had a great christmas and new year...and maybe...well i hope all the true villages stick together...coz i knw youll all feel as strongly as i do about this xxx KELLY WAITE x

hello and I am pleased to see another trimdon site, used to live in the area, still have family there and my dad used to be on the TMS buses as a driver for 27 years till he retired in the 1980s, often wonder if anyone knows the history of the black bull pub at the village as my family were licencees of the pub in the early 1920s and maybe before that. my e mail is ghostmistress2003@googlemail,com If anyone remembers the calvert family even the johnsons and the elliotts would love to hear from them or about them, thanks.
I look in hopefully fairly often but must admit I'm usually disappointed as theres little changes and lots of the items are out of date
Well, having spent time looking at the various sections of this wonderful website, I think it is time to re - promote it as it could be even more valuable to local people. There is so much information stored on this fabulous site, it seems a pity that not EVERYONE within Trimdon Village isnt accessing it to share their news & views and give us their comments. Come on Trimdoners, show us your ICT skills are enthusiasm! Louise
Finally decided to take a look at this website for myself and I am pleased that I did. Well done to those who have contributed in whatever capacity! Have thoroughly enjoyed taking a look at what's on offer and I look forward to acessing this site in the future.
nice to see the people of the community come together this site shows good partnership in the area all residents and staff and myself would like to wish everyone who reads this an excellent xmas and a very good new year.
